Special Events
You might want to come to, or avoid, the park on these special event days. They tend to be the busiest days of the season and the park will sometimes reach capacity in the early afternoon - meaning people are turned away at the beginning of the approach road.
Having said that, the events are often a lot of fun. There is no extra cost for the special events - just the cost of normal entry to the theme park.
Interestingly there have been no major summer events from 2016 onwards. The park gets busy enough in the summer without having to encourage extra visitors.
