Space Tower
This ride was removed from the park in 2017.
A very different experience to the normal ride-ons. You were strapped in tightly to the seats which face outwards in pairs from a central pole. You had a rope on which you pulled and this lifted the seats up.

The ride assisted you when you pulled up on the rope, lifting you until you had a commanding view across much of the park. When you reached the top you were glad the ride assistant made sure you were strapped in so tightly - this was not a ride for people who aren't keen on heights.
When you let go of the rope you were dropped slowly back down to earth. At the end of the ride the seats dropped, no matter how hard you were gripping on to the rope.
