UNOFFICIAL GUIDE TO LEGOLAND WINDSOR

Sky Rider

Sky Rider is near the beginning of the park where you first enter so is often busy at the start of each day. You climb steps to reach the boarding platform. Vehicles holding up to 4 people travel on tracks about 4m above the ground. The ride is meant to feel like a kind of monorail. The track takes a winding path that reaches some way in to the park and between a couple of buildings. You get a birds eye view of part of Miniland.

The track has dips and inclines but nothing that will alarm anyone, particularly because the vehicles travel quite slowly. There is no self control to the vehicles - they keep themselves separated for safety. The safety bar holding the riders does not hold you tight, particularly if you are small, so make sure the smaller people in the car do not stand up.

Worthwhile doing if there is a short queue.
